Sarah Beth (Parrish) Bailey

Sarah Beth Bailey, age 44, of San Augustine, Texas, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, at Nacogdoches Medical Center.

Sarah was born November 27, 1978, in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. A longtime resident of San Augustine, she had lived in Colorado for several years before returning to San Augustine County in 2022. She was a dedicated dispatcher for the San Augustine Fire Department and Sheriff's Office before moving to Colorado.

Her survivors include her daughter, Hanna Bailey Durham and husband Hagen of San Augustine; two sons; mother, Sharon and Robert Gorham of Lake Tahoe, California; sister, Wendy Sandoval and husband Isaias of San Augustine; niece, Isabella Sandoval of San Augustine; nephew, Rowdy Revey of Centerville; brother, Will Parrish and wife Kindle of Rosevine; nieces, Varinia and Starla Parrish of Rosevine; close friends, Brandon and Vickie Bailey and Macy Bailey of San Augustine; a special friend, Susan Krulik of Denver, Colorado; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jed Thomas Parrish. 

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2023, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home chapel, located at 316 W. Columbia St. in San Augustine.
