Pamela Gayle Hightower

Pamela Gayle Hightower, 68, of Bronson, Texas, passed away July 8, 2020, at her residence in the Grapevine community.

She was born June 20, 1952, in Jasper, Texas, and was a longtime resident of the Jasper and San Augustine Counties area. She had attended Jasper Cowboy Church and Grapevine Missionary Baptist Church. 

Pamela loved the outdoors, and enjoyed tending flowers and taking care of her animals. She had worked several years in retail sales, as a cashier and in management.

Her survivors include her children, Steven Hightower, Theresa Hightower, Tina Wallace, and Tony Hightower and wife Susie, all of Grapevine community; her mother, Betty Jo Gentry of Jasper; grandchildren, Westly Hightower, Brandon Wallace, Sara Wallace, Breezy Hightower, Brady Hightower, Anthony Adkins, and Jesse Hightower; a great-grandson, K.J. Hightower; and her brothers, Alton Gentry and John Gentry.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Roy Gentry.
