Mary "Lovene" Price

Mary "Lovene" Price, age 93, of San Augustine, passed away early Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in San Augustine.

She was born November 16, 1928, to parents Edna Mae (Gibson) Bentley and Henry Austin Bentley.  She was a graduate of San Augustine High School.  For many years she owned and operated Mary's Place, a daycare center in San Augustine.  She was married to the love of her life, the late Albert Floyd "Buddy" Price.  She was a long time member of the San Augustine Missionary Baptist Church. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Deborah Graham and her husband Eddie of San Augustine; granddaughter, Lindsey Graham Bryan of San Augustine; sisters, Wilma Adams of Lufkin, and Cleo Mason of Lufkin; brother, Carlton Bentley of Houston, along with a host of other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Edna Mae and Henry Austin Bentley; husband Albert Floyd "Buddy" Price; daughter, Linda Carrol Price and a sister, Bernice Wilkerson. 

Pallbearers will include Eddie Graham, Terry Jessup, John Henley, Jerrod Cook, Clayton Bennefield, and Jeff Boyd.
