Mrs. Mary Lou Janeway of San Augustine, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at Colonial Pines Healthcare Center at the age of 75.
Mrs. Janeway was born May 4, 1944, in Burlington, Kansas, to parents Oscar Lee Archer and Lela Zink Archer. She had formerly lived in Colorado several years and retired from Pulte Homes in Centennial, Colorado, with more than 25 years of service as a clerk. She and her husband Kenneth created many wonderful memories visiting so many states in their RV. They were also happy to work as caretakers at the Mission Dolores RV Park in San Augustine.
Her survivors include her husband, Kenneth L. Janeway of San Augustine; her sons, Larry Gene Ashburn of Denver, Colorado, and Jay Dee Ashburn of Littleton, Colorado; daughter, Rhonda Diane Casebolt of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; step-sons, Victor Allen Janeway of Greeley, Colorado, Warren Scott Janeway of Olathe, Kansas, and Brian Douglas Janeway of Albuquerque, New Mexico; step-daughter, Brenda Lynn Lachniet of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and brother, Rex Archer of Vidalia, Louisiana; and a host of grandchildren and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents along with a sister, Betty; and brothers, Harold, Bill, and Jack.
Memorial services are being planned for a later time.
