John Husband

Mr. John Husband, age 66, of San Augustine County, Texas, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin, Texas.

Mr. Husband was born July 19, 1954, in San Augustine County, Texas, to parents Hyburnia (Wade) Husband and Neil Husband. He had been a lifelong area resident and worked as a truck driver. He was a graduate of Broaddus High School.

His survivors include his brother, Dave Husband and Becky Walson of Parker, Colorado; nieces, Sheila Husband and Keisha Husband of Diboll, Texas; and a nephew, Neil Husband of San Augustine, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hyburnia and Neil Husband; and two brothers, Buck Husband and Dan Husband.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home, located at 316 W. Columbia Street in San Augustine, Texas.

Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at the Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel with Bro. Michael Dickerson and Bro. Paul Mettlen officiating. Interment will follow at the Attoyac Cemetery.
