Mr. James Keith Wall of San Augustine County passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022, at his residence at the age of 66 years, 11 months, 11 days.
"Keith" was born August 24, 1955, in San Augustine County to parents Warren Fred Wall and Lera Irma (Calcote) Wall and had been a lifelong area resident. He retired in 2014 after more than 30 years of service to Eaton Industries in Nacogdoches.
Mr. Wall was a member of Attoyac Baptist Church and had a thorough appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoyed mowing and and working outdoors. He had a great love for working on cars and other mechanical things--Keith did not run across many things that he could not fix. Great pleasure was also found in watching the old television shows and movies.
His survivors include his sisters, Juanita May of Canton, Wilma Perry of Crowley, Opal Martin of Murphy, and Frances Russell of Nacogdoches; brothers, Fred Wall and wife Carolyn of Nacogdoches, Murray Wall and wife Brenda of San Augustine, and Tom Wall and wife Terry of San Augustine; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Lera Wall; a sister, Avis Marie Dillon; brothers-in-law, Robert May, Robert Perry, Doug Dillon, Steve Russell, and Henry Martin; and a niece, April Wall Barnes.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2022, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home, located at 316 W. Columbia Street in San Augustine.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Attoyac Baptist Church, located at 600 FM 3316 in San Augustine County, with Bro. Tim Brewer, Bro. Jerry Wilson, Bro. Ronnie Sowell, and Bro. Michael Butler officiating. Interment will follow at Attoyac Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Dan May, Jeff Perry, Warren Wall, Scott Dillon, Randy Wall, Jason Russell, Rex Linam, and Gregg Hansen. Honorary pallbearers: other nephews.
