Cody Conrad Hoffart

Mr. Cody Conrad Hoffart, age 21, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away February 2, 2022, at his residence.

Cody was born March 29, 2000, in Houston, Texas, to his parents, Melissa Jane (Warren) and Fred Francis Hoffart Jr. He worked at the parts counter at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

He loved fishing, hog hunting, loved to make people laugh, and loved to be barefoot as often as he could. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and was the life of the party. Cody also cherished his O’Reilly's family and loved his dog, “Sparky.” He loved sitting in his truck listening to music. He loved his momma.

His survivors include his mom and stepdad, Melissa and Greg Murphy; brother, Jeremy Hoffart; grandma, Diana Murphy: and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

Cody was preceded in death by his dad, Fred Hoffart Jr.; maternal grandparents, CD and Betty Warren; paternal grandparents, Freddie and Ella Marie Hoffart. 

A graveside service is planned for 12:00 noon Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at the Spring Ridge Cemetery near San Augustine, Texas.

Pallbearers: Jeremy Hoffart, Craig Perry, Austin Niles, Carey Warren, Jay Burt, Kyle Warren, Karson Jameson, and Austin Gutierrez. Honorary pallbearer: Ronnie Dominy.
