Billie Marie Anders

Mrs. Billie Marie Anders of San Augustine County, Texas, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020, at a Lufkin hospital at the age of 93.

Mrs. Anders was born January 28, 1927, in San Augustine County to parents Lewis B. Wade and Lula B. (Norwood) Wade. She was a dedicated wife and mother, finding great joy in taking care of her loved ones' needs. She and her husband Aubrey were faithful members of Holly Grove Baptist Church for the past several years.

Her survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Necy Anders of Pollok, Texas, and Wade and Lisa Anders of Clinton, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Wade Anders, Emily DelaFosse, Ginny Tolar, Zibbie Anders, Kathy Atchley, Toby Anders, Whitney Flick, and Bailey Johnson; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey D. Anders, in 2016; a son, Robert Earl Anders; her parents, Lewis B. and Lula B. Wade; and her sister, Bess Mae Buck.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 5, 2020, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home.

A graveside service is set for 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2020, at Macune Cemetery, located at 311 County Road 316 near San Augustine.

Pallbearers: Luccasse DelaFosse, Zibbie Anders, Wade Anders, Clint Tolar, Toby Anders, and Koby Johnson. Honorary pallbearers: Ray Ryan, Jay DelaFosse, Brantley Atchley, and Caleb Flick.
