Elizabeth Diane Newberry

Elizabeth Diane Newberry of Bronson, Texas, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019, in Lufkin, Texas, at the age of 63.

Diane was born May 21, 1956, in Zwolle, Louisiana, however she had lived in the Bronson area most of her life. She had worked at various jobs in her life, such as construction, bartender, and store cashier, though taking care of her family brought the most joy to her. She was always happy to be cooking and making sure that her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all of her other loved ones were taken care of.

Her survivors include her daughter, Jessica Ivy of Bronson; sons, Chris Page of Bronson and Brock Page of Livingston; brothers, Larry Miller and Mark Adkins, both of Bronson; a sister, Liz Lancaster of West Texas; grandchildren, Anthony Page, Brittany Page, Randell Page, Jeremiah Ivy, Ethan Ivy, Matthew Page, and Chelsea Page; and a host of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Audrey Lee Adkins, and a brother, Craig Miller.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 15, 2019, in the Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel, 316 West Columbia Street, in San Augustine with interment following in the Dickerson Cemetery in San Augustine County.

Visitation will be Saturday evening, December 14, 2019, from the hours of 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel.
